In a traditional setting, if you have 500 pieces of Silverware that soak in a tub for 1 hour before you run them through the dish machine, your silverware turn over capacity for that hour is 500 pieces. Double it if you have two soak tubs, triple it if you have three.

With a silverware pre-washing system you can clean 200-250 pieces of silverware in an average time of 7 minutes (5 Min Cleaning Time + 1 Min Loading Time + 1 Min Unloading time). In a given hour (if you are “batch cleaning”) you can clean 8.5 loads of 200-250 (1,700- 2,125) pieces of silverware per hour, greatly increasing your silverware turn-over time.
